The Self and Identity Development Laboratory is part of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, România.

We work on understanding the many facets of the self across development, investigating the antecedents, correlates, and consequences of self-formation. Our current projects focus on identity and personality construction.

We are curious, passionate researchers committed to scientifically rigorous psychological studies, using complex methodologies like longitudinal research, experiments, qualitative studies, and mixed methods.
