WHO ARE WE?
The Self and Identity Development Laboratory is part of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, România. We work on understanding the many facets of the self across development, by investigating antecedents, correlates, and consequences of self-formation. Our current projects focus on identity and personality construction. We are curious and passionate researchers with a keen interest in conducting scientifically sound psychological studies. Our work encompasses complex methodologies (i.e., longitudinal studies, experiments, qualitative research, mixed-method studies).
